4.2.42 PRINTHEAD REMOVAL
1. Top cover ( p.4-68 "Top Cover Assembly Removal")
2. Right side cover (
p.4-66 "Right Side Cover Removal")
3. Disconnect the two cables (A), and unroute them back through the frame toward the
printhead.
4. Remove the three screws (B).
Use a pencil to mark the screw locations of the printhead on the metal frame. Align
the new printhead relative to the location of the old printhead (
p.5-50 "Printhead
Assembly Mechanical Adjustment")
5. Take out the printhead.
