1. Touch "Supplies/Status" to find the jam location.
2. Remove the media from the multipurpose feeder.
3. Remove the jammed media from the multipurpose feeder.
4. Flex and fan the media.
5. Reload the media into the multi purpose feeder.
6. Adjust the guides if needed.
7. Touch "Continue".
