Clearing ADF jams under the flatbed cover.
1. Lift the flatbed cover, and remove the jammed media from the ADF.
2. Touch "Continue".
Clearing jams in the duplex ADF
1. Remove the ADF input tray.
2. Pull out the jammed media by pulling on the bottom sheet.
3. Reinstall the ADF input tray.
4. Touch "Continue".
