MKR-BCN and AM, MKR-BCN and PM if SOURCE PM = LFGEN2
MKR-BCN and FM if SOURCE FM = LFGEN2

In the AM, FM, PM and LF-output menu the note "MKR-BCN" is displayed under
LFGEN2 if the MKR-BNC modulation is activated.
