Operation
t If an individual application from the displayed QAPP package is to be activated:
t Press the desired application.
y A display opens containing details about the selected application.
t Press the [License] button.
y The input field for the license key appears.
t If an additional cost is associated with the application: Enter the license key
in the entry field and press the [OK] button.
t If no additional cost is associated with the application: Press the [OK] button.
8.4.2 Adding an Application to a Task
Applications must be added to a task so that they can run.
Procedure
t Open Task Management.
t Press the [New] button.
y A list of all activated applications is displayed.
t To select an application: Press the desired application.
y The wizard for creating a new task starts.
t Follow the wizard’s instructions in the operating display.
8.5 Adding Weighing and Print Profiles to a Task
To be able to use a weighing or print profile: Add a weighing or print profile to a
task. Weighing and print profiles can be configured in the Settings menu.
Procedure
t Open the task.
t Create or edit a task.
8.6 Preparing Weighings
The device must be prepared before every weighing.
Procedure
t Level the device.
t Zero the device. In order to do so, press the [Zero] button.
t If the device cannot be zeroed: Remove the sample to be weighed and re-zero
the device.
t Calibrate the device.
