Troubleshooting
E11 Failure of test table The test table is positioned
improperly.
1. Make sure that the test table is
in place.
2. Move the test table in or out of
the analyzer slightly to
reposition the test table.
3. If the error remains, with the
analyzer powered on,
disconnect the power cord from
the back of the analyzer and
connect it back in. Press the on/
off button to power on the
analyzer.
4. If the error remains with the test
table in place, contact your local
technical support provider or
distributor. See Appendix B,
Support Information, When to
Contact Technical Support‚
page 131.
E12 Failure of LED An LED light source failed.
