The device does not start up or
switches off immediately
A counter voltage is fed into the
device by connected or installed
expansion cards
Clarify the following with the supplier of the
component:
• The component can be operated without an
external power supply.
• The component can be reconfigured so that it
only uses the external power supply or that of the
device.
The device does not operate
normally if an expansion card
is integrated.
Examples:
• The operating system does
not boot.
• The expansion card is not
detected
Contact problem on the contacts of
the expansion card or on the
connector
Check the plug-in connection
• Remove the installed expansion card and reinsert
it.
• Clean the contact surface of the expansion card
with pure ethanol.
