6-pin or 8-pin plug-in connector for graphics cards
For graphics cards that require their own power supply, 6-pin and 2-pin plug-in connectors
are available on the wiring harness of the power supply unit. You can create an 8-pin plug-in
connector by plugging both plug-in connectors together.
Either a 6-pin plug-in connector or an 8-pin plug-in connector is connected to the respective
graphics card.
Depending on the power supply unit, there are either one or more 6-pin connectors and one
or more 2-pin extensions on the wiring harness.
• Power supply unit 550 W:
One 6-pin and 2-pin plug-in connector
• Power supply unit 850 W:
Two 6-pin and 2-pin plug connectors
• Power supply unit 700 W (2 modules, each 700 W, redundant):
One 6-pin and 2-pin plug-in connector
