During all control operations, it is compulsory to lock the master switch (see example in figure
10.2.1)
In the same way, also disconnect the pneumatic supply by means of a lock (if applicable), as
shown in figure 10.2.2.
Also set up a sign on the operator panel or near the machine’s main switch, that says
“ATTENTION! DO NOT TOUCH - ASSISTANCE PERSONNEL AT WORK”

The symbols provided in the table have been used to identify the type of operation that needs
to be carried out on the various components.
