7.8 Risk centers
the risk centers of the machine are reported here below:
A) Machine infeed zone (entanglement, dragging, crushing)
B) Reel holder and unwinder film zone (abrasions, cutting, small perforations, crushing,
entanglement, dragging)
C) Sealing bar zone (burns, crushing)
D) Cutting blade zone (cutting)
E) Film waste collection device zone (entanglement, dragging, cutting)
F) Machine outfeed zone (entanglement, dragging, crushing)
7.9 Inevitable risks and dangers
Due to its shape, constructive prerogatives and due to the work cycle to be executed, the
machine features some risks that cannot be eliminated and that are described below. These
residual risks may also depend on the poor maintenance performed on the machine or due to
the operator distraction.
For a machine safely use, the operator is obliged to scrupulously comply the standards of
conduct indicato in this paragraph.
