Residual risk:
Crushing, scraping and dragging of upper limbs due to contact with moving mechanical organs
(infeed conveyor belt and film reel unwinder)
Prescribed standards of conduct:
Do not touch the infeed belt or products in transit while the machine is running. Do not place
your upper limbs inside the opening where the product passes to avoid entering into contact
with moving mechanical organs.
ZONE B: Reel-holder and unwinder film unit
Residual risk:
- crushing of upper limbs while film reel is positioning itself.
- injuries caused by contact with film perforating needles on the unwinder.
- dragging and/or entanglement while film reel is unwinding.

Prescribed standards of conduct:
Be careful to the placement of reel-holder and while handling the tensioning bar unit during the
film insertion stage in Manual mode.
The operator must wear suitable clothes that cannot remain entangled in moving mechanical
parts and wear safety shoes.

phase in which the safety devices of the cross sealing bar are temporarily disabled.
Prescribed standards of conduct:
During initialisation and calibration, do not place your upper limbs in the film
confirmation squares zone.
