11 - ANOMALIES AND FAULTS - SOLUTIONS
11.1 Error and message displays
This paragraph describes the messages and errors that can be viewed on the display of the operator panel
with the relative solutions. After the cause has been removed, the error viewed on the display will flash. It
must be cancelled by pressing .
To go back to normal operation of the machine, press .

EMERGENCY
The emergency
mushroom button has
been pressed.
The 12.KM.1 - 12.KM.2
relay switches were
triggered, cutting off the
power.
Release the emergency
mushroom button.
EMERGENCY DOOR
OPEN
The mobile protection
doors of the machine
were not closed correctly.
The automatic functions
of the machine are
disabled.
Check that all of the mobile
protection doors are closed.
EEPROM ERROR
An error has occurred in
the processor.
The programme stops
working.
Turn the electronic board off
and then back on again; contact
the assistance centre if the
problem continues.
BOARD OVERTEMP
[BOARD
OVERTEMPERATURE]
The temperature of the
board is too high.
The machine stops due
to an emergency
The cooling fan is not
working.
Poor panel ventilation or
board failure.
Clean the ventilation filter.
Check the cooling fan.
Replace the board; check which
electronic module is in alarm
from the contents of the "DATA
DISPLAY" menu.
For this purpose, also check the
specific electronic module error
manual code DM200125.
BAR OVERTEMP
[BAR OVERTEMPERATURE]
Temperature of the
sealing bar too high,
outside of the set range.
Problems with the
sealing bar heat sensor.
Make sure the sealing blade is
operating correctly and that the
temperature has been checked
correctly.
Check the continuity on the end
of the thermocouple's cable.
BAR SAFETY
The sealing bar safety
sensors are triggered.
An object is obstructing
the sealing bar.
The safety sensors are
not working correctly.
Remove any obstacles that are
stopping the mechanical
operation of the sealing bar.
Make sure safety sensors
24.SQ.2 - 24.SQ.4 - 24.SQ5 -
24.SQ.6 are working correctly
and check their wiring.
