PROBLEM CAUSE CONSECUENCES SOLUTION
FILM FINISHING The reel film is finishing.
The machine signals that
the film reel is finishing
by a blue light on the light
column.
Make sure the film has been
unwound correctly and proceed
to change the reel.
FILM FINISHED The film is finished.
The machine signals that
the film reel is finished.
Make sure the film has been
unwound correctly and
proceed to change the reel.
SCRAP WINDER FULL
The reel on the film
waste recovery device
has reached its max
permitted size.
The machine stops. Remove all the film waste.
BREAKDOWN SCRAP The film waste is torn. The machine stops.
Check the film waste follows the
correct trajectory.
B1 PROBLEM
The side sealing bar B1
does not get up to the
configured temperature.
Blown resistor.
Problems related to the
temperature reading.
Check the supply plug for the
B1 element is connected
correctly.
Check the 14.TC.1
thermocouple of the B1 element
is connected.
B2 PROBLEM
The front sealing bar B2
does not reach the
configured temperature.
Blown resistor.
Problems related to the
temperature reading.
Check the supply plug for the
B2 element is connected
correctly.
Check the 14.TC.2
thermocouple of the B2 element
is connected.
ANOMALOUS PACK
When you set the
parameter “PACK
LENGTH” in a value ≠0
(with “Multipack”
disabled), if the
machine detects packs
with dimensions above
than the set value
(including tolerance)
generates this error.
The machine stops
Check the value entered in the
parameter “PACK LENGTH”
and the % tolerance.
Make sure that the dimensions
of the product fall within the
scope of feasibility. See the
Chapter 5 of this Manual.
Check the working order of the
pack detection photocells.
OUTFEED ACCUMULAT
The outfeed photocell
continues to detect the
product.
The machine stops in
PAUSE mode. The
machine starts back up
automatically.
Remove the products out of the
machine outfeed belt.
The accumulation function is
enabled in the "SYSTEM
PARAMETERS" menu in the
"FLOW" sub-menu by setting
any value ≠0.
