ATTENTION! If the lever (8) were not to be closed, the guard (F) remains open preventing
operation of the machine. On the operator panel display will show the message "UNWINDER
OPEN"
8.4.3 Adjustment of micro-perforators on the reel-holder
The micro-perforators (G) on the reel-holder of the machine
tave the function to improve the shrinking process of the bag.
The greater the height of the product, the larger must
perforation be.
If the film is only slightly perforated, it could burn or explode
inside the shrink tunnel, on the contrary excessive perforation
would cause insufficient tensioning of the film on the product.
Act on the handles (11) to adjust the micro-perforator
depending on the width of the film-reel used. It is possible to
adjust the overlapping of the tips of micro-perforators by
means of the grains (12) and eventually remove some if
necessary.
8.4.4 Adjustment of rod of separation of film edges
To separate the edges of
the film a specific rod (T)
has been mounted on the
reel-holder.
The end of the rod must
remain approximately 10
cm from the edge of the
film. Adjust the rod by
means of the handle (13).
