6.10 Fine tuning operations and first start of the machine
Before using the machine, make sure that are correctly assembled all those parts which for
transportation purposes are responsibility of the end user. (see paragraph 6.6).
With the machine off, check the fixing of the main components of the machine which could be
accidentally loosened during transportation.
After levelling and setting up the electric and pneumatic connections it is possible turn on the
machine as described in paragraph 9.4.
After the operations of positioning of film reel, the machine adjustments described in chapter
8 and carried out the parameter programming (see chapter 9) by means of the operator panel,
the machine is ready for packaging.
6.11 Disassembly, demolition and disposal
The operations of disassembly and demolition must be carried out by qualified
personnel provided with appropriate mechanical and electrical skills needed to work in
safe conditions.
The machine does not contain components or hazardous substances that require special
removal procedures but may be a hazard to the environment if are not properly disposed in the
appropriate waste collection centers as prescribed by the standards of the country where the
machine is installed.
