10.7 Scheduled maintenance interventions or replacement of
components
Below are the scheduled maintenance or replacement activities that need to be carried out on
the machine parts at given times, in order to keeping the machine in good running order.
2) Centering the mat of outfeed belt
Having the outfeed belt activated loosen the nut (A) and then tighten the screw (B) to move the
conveyor mat as shown in figure. Conversely unscrew to move the conveyor mat to the opposite side.
At the end of regulation block the nut (A) previously loosened.
Note - The tensioning should not be excessive but the minimum so that the mat does not slip on the
rubber roll.
