REPLACING THE SEALING BAR BLADE AND THE HEATING
ELEMENT WITH THERMOCOUPLE
MACHINE STATUS: machine in stop
FREQUENCY:
- sealing bar blade: every 1.000.000 sealing cycles
- heating element with thermocouple: in case of malfunction or failure
REQUIRED MATERIAL: wrench CH8, Allen wrench n.2
PROCEDURE:
To replace the sealing blade (1) and the heating element with thermocouple (2), remove both protective
casings (A) both on the inside and outside by acting on the screws (3).
Loosen the grub screws (6) then take off the screws (4) to take down the supports (5) and take out the
sealing blade and heating element with thermocouple to replace them.
