The end of the cutting blade (R) must remain 130 mm
away from the top frame.
After the replacements are finished, remount all the
removed guards correctly, following the procedure
inversely.
S10.7.2 ADJUSTING FLATNESS OF THE SEALING BAR
MACHINE STATUS: machine in stop
FREQUENCY: in case of interventions on
the sealing bar which require their
adjustment
REQUIRED MATERIAL: wrench CH15,17 and
screwdriver.
PROCEDURE:
For the film to be sealed perfectly, the blade must adhere completely to the contrast bar. It must be
adjusted by acting on the hex nuts (13). To perform this operation, you must remove the sheet-metal
guards (A).
Make sure that there is contact along the entire length between the blade and the contrast; for ideal
sealing, the two frames should be perfectly parallel when they are closed. If this does not occur, act on
the tie-rods of the sealing bar (14) and on those of the contrast bar (15) so that the measurements
indicated in the figure are respected.
