10.4.3 Checking the integrity of gas springs and hinges of the opening doors
Periodically, every 6 months, the mechanical maintenance technician must check the gas
springs and hinges of the doors.
10.4.4 Checking the status of safety guards of the machine
Periodically, every month, perform a visual check of the general state of the safety protections
(sheet metal and plexiglass) to ensure safe machine operation.
10.5 Lubrication
This paragraph provides information concerning parts which must be lubricated to keep the
machine perfectly efficient.
Static verification:
• Open a door and check the seal of the gas springs and hinges.
• Close the door back up again and repeat the procedure with another door.
• If the seal is not tight, change them.
