5.2 Features of the film and reel dimensions
Centre-folded film in polyolefin or polyethylene with the features indicated in the table can be
used for wrapping.
5.3 Film reel width calculation
For each change format, depending on the dimensions Y and H of the product to be packaged
it is necessary to calculate the range of reel.
with H≤100 mm :
FILM WIDTH = Y + H + 100 mm of waste
whit H>100 mm :
FILM WIDTH = Y + H + 150 mm of waste
where:
Y= width of product
H= height of product
5.4 Noise level of the machine
DECLARED NOISE EMISSION VALUES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD ISO 4871:
A-WEIGHTED EMISSION SOUND PRESSURE LEVEL (AT OPERATOR POSITION): 70 dB.
The noise levels specified have been determined while packaging plastic containers. For
products made of other materials (for example glass or tin) that require packaging, the noise
level may be greater than the value specified above.
