ZONE G: Machine outfeed
Residual risk:
- crushing, scraping and dragging of upper limbs due to contact with moving mechanical
organs (outfeed conveyor belt)
- entering into contact with the sealing and cutting danger zones (D) and (E) where the
product passes.
Prescribed standards of conduct:
Do not touch the outfeed conveyor belt and the loads in transit. When using the machine
without the shrink tunnel, make sure the specific roller belt with plexiglass protection has been
installed on the outfeed side. This protected roller belt is in this case essential so that the
operator does not reach the danger zones (D) and (E) through the opening used for the
passage of the product.
ZONE H: Electrical panel
Residual risk:
Electrocution when operating inside the electrical control board with the machine electrically
powered.
Prescribed standards of conduct:
Maintenance procedures of the electrical panel must be exclusively performed by qualified
personnel. Before accessing the electrical panel switch off the machine, disconnect the power
supply cord and wait at least five minutes before performing procedures.
When the maintenance phase is ended, close the electrical panel with the special key. This key
should be stored carefully, in a safe place, by the electrical operator to avoid unauthorized
access.
