MAGNETO ROTOR AND STATOR
REASSEMBLY
• Fit the key 1 into the crankshaft.
• Align the line on the stator with the line on the crankcase to
set the ignition timing correctly.
• Install the magneto rotor.
• Tighten the nut to the specified torque with the special tool.
Magneto rotor nut: 35 N·m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
09930-40113: Rotor holder
• Replace the gasket with a new one.
• Reassemble the magneto cover 2.
Magneto cover bolt: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 lb-ft)
