Suzuki RM125 - Piston Removal

6-4 CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXHAUST VALVE
• Remove the exhaust valve rod bolt 7 using the pin A as a
stopper.
NOTE:
The pin A is one of the included parts.
• Remove the cylinder nuts diagonally.
• Remove the cylinder 8.
• Remove the gasket 9 and dowel pins.
PISTON REMOVAL
• Remove the cylinder head and cylinder. (6-3, above)
• Remove the piston pin circlip 1.
NOTE:
Place cloth under the piston to prevent the piston pin circlip from
dropping into the crankcase.
• Remove the piston pin 2.
• Remove the piston 3.
• Use the special tool if necessary.
