ENGINE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
• Drain transmission oil. (2-9)
• Drain engine coolant. (12-3)
• Remove the seat.
• Turn the fuel valve lever to the “OFF” position.
• Disconnect the fuel hose 1.
• Remove the fuel tank mounting bolts (LH and RH).
• Remove the fuel tank by unhooking the band 2.
• Remove the exhaust pipe fitting springs using the special tool.
