7-6 CLUTCH
PRIMARY DRIVEN GEAR AND
CLUTCH SLEEVE HUB
REMOVAL
• Remove the clutch outer cover.
• Remove the pressure plate and clutch plates. (7-3)
• Flatten the lock washer 1.
• Hold the clutch sleeve hub with the special tool and loosen
the nut 2.

• Remove the clutch sleeve hub 3.
• Remove the washer 4 and primary driven gear assembly 5.
• Remove the snap ring 6, washer and kick starter idle gear
7.
 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers
• Remove the needle bearing 8.
• Remove the spacer 9.
