Suzuki RM125 - Rear Caliper Removal and Disassembly

FRONT AND REAR BRAKES 15-9
• Remove the dust seals 6 and piston seals 7.
REAR CALIPER REMOVAL AND
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the rear wheel. (14-6)
• Remove the disc cover 1 and caliper protector 2.
• Drain brake fluid. (15-4)
• Place a rag under the brake hose union bolt to catch spilled
brake fluid.
• Disconnect the brake hose.
• Remove the caliper.
• Remove the brake pad. (15-5)
• Remove the spring 3.
• Remove the caliper brakect 4 from the caliper.
• Remove the boots 5.
• Remove the spring 6.
