7-8 CLUTCH
• Tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut with the special tool to the
specified torque.
09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder
Clutch sleeve hub nut: 70 N·m (7.0 kgf-m, 50.5 lb-ft)
• Bend the lock washer to secure the nut 0.
• Reassemble the clutch plates and pressure plate. (7-5)
• Replace the O-ring with a new one.
• Apply grease to the O-ring.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
(or equivalent grease)
• Fit the clutch outer cover and tighten the bolts diagonally.
Clutch outer cover bolt: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 lb-ft)
• Pour transmission oil. (2-9)
• Adjust the clutch cable play. (2-12)
• Adjust the brake pedal height. (2-19)
