Using the PgUp and PgDn keys of the keyboard will increase/decrease
the flow rate in steps of 0.5 μl/s.
Using the up/down arrow keys of the keyboard will increase/decrease the
flow rate in steps of 0.1 μl/s.
Scrolling the mouse scroll wheel will increase/decrease the flow rate in
steps of 0.3 μl/s.
Low: Click the button to set a low flow rate (0.5 µl/s).
Medium: Click the button to set a medium flow rate (2 µl/s).
High: Click the button to set a high flow rate (5 µl/s).
The "Lasers" section of the Acquire pane can contain between 1 and 6
buttons that represent the number of lasers detected in the connected
device. The wavelengths of the lasers are displayed on top of the buttons.
Clicking a button toggles the on/off state which will switch the associated
laser on or off. The current on/off state of the lasers is displayed below the
buttons.
After switching on a non-active laser, it will be fully operational after booting
for about 60 seconds. Switch on the desired lasers a few minutes before
starting an acquisition.
