The "Use Listmode" option is enabled if the listmode file is a CyFlow
®
file
with an embedded Workspace. Selecting this option restores the
embedded Workspace for the selected file.
 Compensation: In this submenu, options are provided to replace, save,
copy and paste the compensation file or to use the listmode
compensation settings. The functionality of these submenu items is the
same as in the Compensation group in the Playlist tab of the Ribbon (see
chapter 12.4.9 Playlist tab on page 100).
 New Playlist: Click the menu item to create a new Playlist. The
functionality is the same as in the File tab of the Ribbon.
 Open Playlist: Click the menu item to open an existing Playlist. The
functionality is the same as in the File tab of the Ribbon.
 Save Playlist As: Click the menu item to save the current Playlist with a
new name. The functionality is the same as in the File tab of the Ribbon.
Adding files to the Playlist
A listmode file can be opened in many ways including:
 using the Open Listmode button in the Quick Access Toolbar,
 using the Open Listmode button in the Home tab of the Ribbon,
 from the Open menu in the File tab of the Ribbon,
 by pressing Ctrl + O,
 by drag and drop from the Windows Explorer into the Playlist pane.
Each listmode file is added to the end of the Playlist as a new Playlist item
displaying the listmode file name in the "Listmode" column.
If one or more listmode files are added to the Playlist, the first of the newly
added listmode files is automatically opened in the Workspace and selected
in the Playlist.
If a Workspace file is opened, it is added to the currently opened active
Playlist item.
If a compensation file is opened, it is added to the currently active Playlist
item.
