displayed in this column.
When background calculation has completed, results for all valid Playlist
items will be available to be displayed in the results table. For a Worklist, the
results for all items of the current panel with a listmode file are available to
be displayed in the results table.
If a statistical value cannot be calculated, "ERROR" will be displayed instead
of a numerical value.
If a value is not applicable to the row, it is left blank. Not applicable items
are:
DNA statistics for non-cell cycle regions,
Y statistics for linear regions,
Events, intensity and variation group statistics for cell cycle plots,
X and Y parameter, region, plot title, intensity group, variation group and
DNA statistics group statistics for derived gates.
Columns will default to automatically adjust their width to fit the widest text in
the column. The width of a column can be manually changed by dragging
the column divider at the right of the column to be adjusted. Double clicking
the column divider at the right of a column will set that column back to
automatically adjust its width.
The following options for editing the results table are available:
Reordering columns:To reorder the columns, drag and drop their
headers.
Adding columns: To add a column, select its check box in the Statistics
tab of the Ribbon. Alternatively, click a column header to display a
drop-down list of all statistics and select the desired statistics.
Removing columns: To remove a column, deselect its check box in the
Statistics tab of the Ribbon or drag the column header off the column
header area. Alternatively, click a column header to display a drop-down
list of all statistics and deselect the desired statistics.
Sorting by columns: The table can be sorted by any column in an
ascending or descending order by clicking the column title.
Selecting table rows
Selected rows are highlighted in blue. Selected rows can then be copied for
pasting in to other applications, e.g. Microsoft
®
Excel.
The following options for selecting rows are available:
Click on a results row to select it.
To select multiple rows, hold down the Ctrl or Shift key while selecting
the rows.
To select all rows, press Ctrl + A.
