 Accessible: Click the button to restore access for the selected user.
Access is locked when a user enters a defined number of incorrect
passwords consecutively. The number is defined in the "Log In Attempts"
item.
 Password: Click the button to enter a temporary password for the
selected user.
 Groups: Click the button to define the roles for the selected user. Click in
the "Status" column to select or deselect the corresponding role for a
user.
 Sort Order: Click the button to toggle the sorting order in the table
between sorting by first name or sorting by last name.
 Refresh: Click the button to refresh the table.
The following options for system settings and reports are provided :
 Log In Attempts: Click the item to define the number of login attempts
before the account will be locked (1 to 10 attempts).
 Password Expiry: Click the item to define the number of days before
expiry of the passwords (1 to 90 days).
 Password History: Click the item to define the number of passwords
that is stored in the password history (3 to 12 per user account).
 Audit Log: Click the item to view an Audit Log report.
Log Out
Click the button to log out. You are logged out, and a log-in dialogue is
displayed.
If acquisition is in progress when logging out, a message is displayed and
you will have the option to abort the acquisition.
CyFlow Options
Click the button to open the software options (see chapter 12.10 CyFlow
Options on page 187).
Exit CyFlow Software
Click the button to close the software. If changes have been made, you will
be prompted to save the Playlist or Worklist before closing the software.
If acquisition is in progress, you will be prompted to stop the acquisition
before exiting the software.
If acquisition is not in progress, a message is displayed, and you will have
the option to perform a shutdown cleaning procedure. Click the Yes button to
start the shutdown cleaning procedure. Once started, the software guides
you through the process.
