Upper Triangle: Click the button to add all the dual parameter plots that
are displayed within the upper right triangle of the Previews area. All the
added plots are colour-coded to illustrate the gating applied to the
Previews area.
Lower Triangle: Click the button to add all the dual parameter plots that
are displayed within the lower left triangle of the Previews area. All the
added plots are colour-coded to illustrate the gating applied to the
Previews area.
Backgated Plots: When you select the button, the software will assess
the gate equation of the currently selected plot and identify the regions
and parameters involved. The software then creates new plots with the
parameters used by the regions within the gate equation, and gates
these plots on the gate equation of the currently selected plot.
For example, if a plot gated on B is selected and its expanded gate
equation is A AND B, clicking the Backgated Plots button creates two
plots gated on B, one for events in region A and one for events in region
B.
Gate group
The Gate group contains options for creating and managing the gates in the
current Workspace.
Using the Precedence Order button, you can edit the colour precedence
order used when events are displayed on plots. You can also choose which
gates are active within the precedence system.
