Instructions
Currently, the function can only be executed from the keypad; the following are the execution
instructions:
1. Select the parameter tn837.0 and enable the On-line tuning function (tn837.0 = H'□□□1).
2. Keep the load convergence selection as the default value (tn837.1 = H'□□1□).
3. Observe the system operation status, and adjust the system’s rigidity selection (tn837.2 =
H'□X□□). To improve the system response, strengthen the system rigidity selection; to suppress
vibrations, reduce the system rigidity selection
Alarms and handling measures
‧ When the system generates alarms, it can be analyzed through the PC-link mechanical features or
suppressed using the On-line Notch function.
‧ When the system generates resonance or vibrations, it can be analyzed through the PC-link
mechanical features or suppressed using the On-line Notch function.
‧ If the system continues to generate strange noises or vibrations after going through the steps
described above, at this time, please reduce the rigidity selection (tn837.2 = H'□X□□)
