1. EtherCAT communication cable fell off.

2. Terminal resistance not added to the CANopen communication circuit of the final driver.
3. Whether the CANopen communication parameters are wrong.
4. Poor CANopen communication quality.
Inspection and
Handling
EtherCAT communication disconnected
1. Check whether the communication cables are disconnected or fell off.
2. Confirm that the communication cables comply with the specifications that the driver’s
EtherCAT communication requires and are away from sources of interference.
CANopen communication disconnected
1. Check whether the CANopen communication wirings are correct.
2. Check whether terminal resistance was added to the CANopen communication circuit of the
final driver.
3. Check whether the CANopen communication parameters are correct (Refer to the CANopen
chapter for details).
4. Confirm that the communication cables comply with the driver’s CANopen communication
requirements and are away from sources of interference.
