gered display is just obtainable.
Change Step 2 PROBE ADJUST Output to read as follows:
2. PROBE ADJUST Output
a. Set:
Test Oscilloscope VOLTS.DIV 10 mV
Test Oscilloscope SEC/DIV 0.2 ms
b. Connect a 10X probe to the test oscilloscope and connect the probe tip
to the 2245A PROBE ADJUST output.
c. CHECK—For a 0.5 V (± 2% into 1MH) of PROBE ADJUST squarewave
signal (square-wave period is typically 1 ms, within 25 %).
N O T E
Remember to take In to account the oscilloscope and probe
specifications when determining the accuracy of the
PROBE ADJUST square wave signal.
3. AUTO SETUP Functional Check
a. Set:
CH 1 COUPLING GND
CH 1 VOLTB/DIV 1 mV
A SEC/DIV 10 ns
b. Press the AUTO SETUP button.
c. Check that the Probe Adjust waveform is stably displayed on the upper
half of the crt.
d. Disconnect the test setup.
