Frequency Measurement
A frequency measurement is made using the same method as a period
measurement; the difference is that the 1/TIME measurement mode is
selected instead of TIME. The measurement value is displayed in frequency
units. When the full period is defined by positioning the cursors, the fre
quency of the signal is displayed. Use the same front panel setup used for
time-difference measurement as a guideline for making a frequency
measurement with cursors (see Figure 5-3).
