Measurement Description
DelayRF The time between the mid
reference (default 50%)
amplitude point of the rising
edge of one waveform and the
falling edge of a second
waveforms. See also Phase.

edge of one waveform and the
rising edge of a second

made on the first pulse in the
waveform or gated region.
