Lay the Thermal Pads over the chips.
IMPORTANT! Make sure that each thermal pad is centered on the sample
block and it completely covers the chips.
Do not allow the pads to become dirty. Fluids, debris, and other contaminants
that adhere to the pad can transfer to the chips during thermal cycling and
uoresce during imaging.
5.
Close and engage the heated cover of the thermal cycler.
6.
Use the thermal cycler to select and start the pre-programmed run for the chips.
