Cleaning the chip tray and sample block
If a chip leaks during thermal cycling or during a run, perform the following procedure
to eliminate any residual contaminants from the chip tray or the thermal cycler.
•
Cotton or nylon swabs and lint-free cloths
•
Deionized water
•
Isopropanol
•
Pipette (100-μL) with pipette tips
•
Powder-free gloves
•
Safety glasses
