Caster Wheel Assembly Replacement
Caster Wheel Assembly Removal
1. Remove the grease cap from the top of the caster
wheel pivot tube (Fig. 001).
3. The caster fork and wheel assembly is now free to
be removed.
4. Remove the three Bellville washers from the caster
wheel pivot tube (Fig. 003).

2. Remove the nut from the caster fork shaft (Fig. 002).

5. Remove the upper tapered roller bearing from the
caster wheel pivot tube (Fig. 004).
