ThehydrauliccylinderusedintheReelmastersidewinderassemblyisa
non−serviceablecylinder.Replacethecylinderifitbecomeswornordamaged.
1.RemovethehydrauliccylinderfromtheframeusingFigure100asguide.
2.Ifhydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromcylinder,markttingorientationto
allowcorrectassembly.
InstallingtheSidewinder
1.Ifhydraulicttingswereremovedfromcylinder,installttingstocylinder
usingmarksmadeduringtheremovalprocesstoproperlyorientatettings.
2.InstallhydrauliccylindertotheframeusingFigure100asguide.
3.Adjustscissorsmountasfollows:
A.Shiftsidewinderfullytotheleft(fullyretractcylinder).
B.Loosenfourcapscrewssecuringmounttolowerframe.
C.Thegapbetweenthescissorframeandlowerframeandthegapbetween
thescissorframeandthesidewindercarriermustbeequaldistances
within1.5mm(0.060inch).
D.Tightenfourcapscrewsandlocknuts.
