RemovingtheShopRollerAssembly
1.Positionmachineonacleanandlevelsurface,lowercuttingunits,stop
engine,engageparkingbrakeandremovekeyfromthekeyswitch.
IMPORTANT
Beforethecuttingunitsareloweredtotheshopoororremoved
fromthetractionunit,lowertheshoprollerassembliestoprotectthe
reelandbedknifebladesfromhardsurfacecontact.
2.Removethecotterhairpinfromtheclevispinthatsecurestheshoproller
brackettothesideplate.
3.Removetheshoprollerassemblyfromthecuttingunit.
4.DisassembletheshoprollerassemblybyusingtheFigure187asaguide.
InstallingtheShopRollerAssembly
1.AssembletheshoprollerassemblybyusingtheFigure187asaguide.
2.Installtheshoprollerassemblyontothesideplateofthecuttingunit.
3.Securetheshoprollerassemblywithclevispinandcotterhairpin.
IMPORTANT
Ensurethattheclevispinisalwaysinstalledinthetopsquarehole
inthesideplate.
4.Adjusttheshoprollerassembly;refertoCuttingUnitOperator’sManual.
