A.Withnopressureontheseat,ensurethatthereisnocontinuitybetween
theharnessterminalsoftheseatswitch.
B.Pressdirectlyontotheseatswitchthroughtheseatcushion.Ensurethat
thereiscontinuitybetweentheharnessterminalsoftheseatswitchas
theseatcushionapproachesthebottomofitstravelindicatingthatthe
seatswitchisfunctioning.
8.Replacetheseatswitchiftestingdeterminesthattheswitchisdamaged.
9.Iftheseatswitchtestingiscorrectandthecircuitproblemstillexists,check
themachinewireharness;refertotheElectricalSchematicsandWire
HarnessDrawings/DiagramsinAppendixA(pageA–1).
10.Afteryoucompletetheseatswitchtesting,connectthemachinewireharness
connectortotheseatswitch.Checktheoperationoftheseatswitch.
