RemovingtheFrontLiftArms
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingunits,stopengine,engage
parkingbrakeandremovekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removethecuttingunitsfromthepivotshaftofthefrontliftarms(seeCutting
UnitOperator
 sManual).
Note:Removebothspacersfromthehydrauliccylindershaftcleviswhen
removingtheright,frontliftarm.
3.Disconnectthehydrauliccylinderfromthefrontliftarmsbyremovingexternal
retainingringsandpins.
4.Removebothangeheadscrewsandpivotshaftlinkfromtheliftarmpivot
shafts.
5.Slidetheliftarmoffthepivotshaft.
6.DisassembleliftarmasnecessaryusingFigure160asaguide.
7.Inspectbushingsinliftarmandcarrierframe.Ifbushingsarewornor
damaged,replacebushings.
InstallingtheFrontLiftArms
1.AssembletheliftarmusingFigure160asaguide.
2.Slidetheliftarmontotheliftarmpivotshaft.
3.Securethepivotshaftlinkwithbothangeheadscrewstotheliftarmpivot
shafts.
Note:Installbothspacerstothehydrauliccylindershaftcleviswhen
installingtheright,frontliftarm.
4.Securethehydrauliccylindertotheliftarmwithpinsandexternalretaining
rings.
5.Adjustliftarms(seeTractionUnitOperator
 sManual).
6.Installcuttingunittothefrontliftarmpivotshaft(seeCuttingUnitOperator
 s
Manual).
