AssemblyofHeightAdjusterAssembly
1.Applyanti-seizelubricanttoupperthreadsofadjustmentrodandlower
threadsofheightadjusters.Assembleheightadjusterassemblyasshown.
2.Ifbothheightadjusterswereremoved,toneheightadjusterassemblyto
thecuttingunitsideplateandsecurewithcarriageboltandangenut.Do
Nottightentheangenutatthistime.Ensuretheheightadjustmentbolt
andone(1)washerisaboveslotinsideplateandone(1)washerandlock
nutisbelowslotinsideplate.
3.Positionfrontrollerbetweenheightadjusterassembliesandsecureheight
adjusterassemblytocuttingunitsideplatewithcarriageboltandangenut.
DoNottightentheangenutatthistime.Ensuretheheightadjustment
boltandone(1)washerisaboveslotinsideplateandone(1)washerand
locknutisbelowslotinsideplate.
4.Usenewcotterpinsandinstallthecotterpinsandclevispinssecuringthe
heightadjustmentrodstothegroomergearboxandidlerarm.
5.Adjustthecuttingunitheightofcut:refertoCuttingUnitOperatorsManual.
6.Checkgroomerreelheightandadjustasneeded.
