Thegearpump(P1)isdirectlycoupledtothehydrostatwhichisdrivenby
theengine.Takingitssuctiondirectlyfromthehydraulictank,thegearpump
suppliesuidowtothemanifoldblockandtothereelmotors.
Solenoidvalve(SV)isde−energizedwiththeenginerunningwheneitherthe
reelson/offswitchisOFF ,thecuttingunitsareup,orthetransport/mowswitch
isinTRANSPORT.SVby−passesowfromthereelmotorsdirectlytothe
hydraulicreservoir.
Solenoidvalve(SV)isenergizedwiththeenginerunningwhenthereelson/off
switchisON,thecuttingunitsaredown,andthetransport/mowswitchisin
MOW.Flowisdivertedtothereelmotors.
Fluidowsfromport(P1)acrossthelogiccartridgevalve.Thelogiccartridge
valvemaintainsapressuredifferentialof5.5bar(80PSI)acrossthespeed
controlvalve.Anyexcessowabovewhatthespeedcontrolvalveisset
for,isby−passedtothereservoirthroughthelogiccartridgevalve.Withthe
backlappingvalveinthemowposition,uidowsthroughthevalve,outport
(M1),andtoreelmotorsthatareconnectedinseries.
Fluidowsthroughtherear,rightfront,andthenleftfrontreelmotorsasitturns
themotorsinthemowdirection.Theuidthenreturnsintomanifoldblockport
(M2)andthentothehydraulictank.
Ifcuttingunitcircuitpressureexceedsreliefpressureof207bar(3000PSI)
duringdeckmotoroperation,solenoidvalve(SV)shiftstoallowcircuitpressure
relief.

Backlappingoperationisthesameasmowingoperation,exceptfortheposition
ofthebacklapvalve(MR).Whenthebacklapvalve(MR)isinthebacklap
position,uidowsthroughtheleftfront,rightfront,andthenrearreelmotors.
