5.9 Network Attached Server (NAS)
5.9.1 Overview
The Network Attached Server (NAS) is a component of the ABS that
stores logs and databases, accessible by the SBCs over the Ethernet
over the front or rear backplane (dependent on placement) and by
ABS external components through the Ethernet Switches. The NAS
consists of a blade server with two removable hard drives.
