RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
preparation: 5 minutes • processing: 30 seconds • makes: 480ml
180ml olive oil
60ml apple cider or
raspberry vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried basil
60g fresh or
frozen raspberries
60ml water
1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in
the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to
Variable 5.
4. Blend for 30 seconds.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to
2 weeks.
