NUTTY FRUIT SMOOTHIE
preparation: 5 minutes • processing: 1 minute • makes: 480ml
120ml water
60g natural low-fat yogurt
or soya yogurt
75g raspberries
1/4 medium
banana, peeled
2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp blanched almonds
1 tbsp honey, or
2 dates, pitted
6 to 8 ice cubes
1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in
the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to
Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until the desired consistency
is reached.
