SPARKLING CHAMPAGNE SMOOTHIE
preparation: 5 minutes • processing: 30 seconds • makes: 600ml
240g natural or fruit-
flavoured yogurt
300g fresh or frozen
fruit of your choice
a pinch of freshly
grated nutmeg
180ml chilled champagne
1. Put the yogurt, fruit and nutmeg into the Vitamix
container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to
Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 30 seconds or until the desired consistency
is reached.
5. Pour into glasses, filling three-quarters full. Top up
with champagne, and gently stir to combine.
